Returns & Refund Policy – Tech Gadgets Market

This policy regulates the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds, and replacements for purchases made through Tech Gadgets Market.

1) Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within 14 days:

  • from the date of delivery of the product;
  • from the delivery of the last item (in case of multiple items delivered separately).

2) How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right within the deadline:

  • send a request to support@techgadgetmarket.com including order number, items to return, and your contact details;
  • within 14 days of your request, ship the product to the address provided by our support team (do not send to manufacturer);
  • include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

3) Return Eligibility Requirements

  • item must be unused and in original condition;
  • complete with original packaging, accessories, and manuals;
  • properly packed to prevent damage during shipping.

4) Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to (according to EU regulations):

  • custom-made or personalized products;
  • sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons;
  • perishable goods or items with limited shelf life;
  • digital content once accessed or downloaded;
  • newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions).

5) Legal Warranty & Replacements

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for defects. Please contact support@techgadgetmarket.com with photos/videos and your order number.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • you will receive a confirmation email;
  • refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

7) Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotions may be subject to different return conditions (e.g., exchange or store credit instead of refund). Please check product page details.

8) Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact support@techgadgetmarket.com within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns and replacements are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

9) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after checking your bank or payment provider, contact us at support@techgadgetmarket.com with subject: “Refund Not Received + Order Number”.

10) Return Address

The return address will be provided by our support team after your request is approved.

11) Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is always required.
